Event Telemetry
Event telemetry presents the data of events from sources, it's processing in CDP and how events are sent to destinations. The telemetry segregates the data based on factors like Event received, Event Delivered, Success and failure rates and displays precise data for all the sources and destinations based on the factors mentioned above and also explains the failure reasons in detail with insights such as Event name, Error type, last occurred and Reasons for the failed events.
As a marketer, you can segregate the data based on any particular source and destination for any particular date range by selecting the calendar and choosing the sources and destinations in the dashboard. Or you can get the data for all sources and destinations by selecting all sources and destinations.
Dashboard Interpretation
Showing Data From: This field shows all the sources created in the Lemnisk.
And: This field shows all the destinations created in the Lemnisk.
For all Events From: You can add the date range to fetch data in this input field.
Refresh: The refresh button allows you to refresh the data in the dashboard.
Events Received: Shows the total events received from the selected sources.
Events Delivered: Shows the total events delivered to the selected destinations.
Successful Events: Shows all the successful events processed by Lemnisk from the sources.
Failed Events: Shows the total events from the sources that Lemnisk CDP rejects to get delivered to the destination.
Explaining failed events
This section in the dashboard gives detailed insights about the failures with the exact time frame and failure reasons of any particular event.
Event Name: Shows the Name of the event which has failed
Event Type: Shows the type of event in which the failure has occurred
Last occurred at: Shows the date and time the failure has occurred
Failure Details: Shows the reason behind the failures. If there are multiple reasons, it will be displayed followed by commas.
