Steps to create an engagement with Ramanujan's channel orchestration:

Step 1: Go to > Channels > Segments

Step 2: Click "+ Add Segment"

Step 3: Create a new segment. Check here to create a new segment.

Step 4: Create an Engagement by clicking "+ Add Engagement"

Step 5: Once you create engagement in required channels, enable segment orchestration where the Ramanujan AI kicks in and begins its orchestration. To enable segment orchestration you must have at least 1 engagement in your segment. Once the segment orchestration is enabled, you cannot disable the segment orchestration.
