Infobip is a globally recognized A2P( Application-to-person) communication platform for enterprises commonly used for marketing communications that suit perfectly to engage customers with automated messaging and drive them to achieve your determined goal. Infobip is a programmable communications platform that delivers a suite of tools for advanced customer engagement and support, plus security and authentication which is available to you across the widest range of communication channels possible. It is perfectly suited to create impressive engagements with an array template that can be configured to suit your Whatsapp campaign.

Configure Infobip with Lemnisk

  • Vendor: Gupshup Messenger will be visible as you configured which is read-only.

  • Name: Enter connection name. This connection name is internal to Lemnisk which will not be sent to WhatsApp API.

  • Base URL: Enter the URL provided by Infobip

  • API Key: Enter the API Key provided by Infobip.

  • Whatsapp sender's Number: Enter the number registered with Infobip to send WhatsApp communication and click Submit.

Try it Out

You can try out the demo of your WhatsApp communication in the Try It Out section by the following steps.

Step 1: Enter the mobile number along with the country code to which the communication has to be sent.

Step 2: Choose the template for your communication that has to be sent in WhatsApp. The template you choose will display the field to configure as per the requirement.

Step 3: Configure the variables to the communication using Template message variable mapping. These are macros that will fetch the data from Lemnisk to personalize your communication

Step 4: Include media (As required by the template )

You can add the media either as a URL or as a file using the radio buttons and take the necessary actions, like adding the URL or uploading the file by clicking the Upload button. The supported media file formats are images, docs, and video. The media file size should not exceed more than 5MB.

Step 5: Click Send, once all the fields are updated.

Delivery Reports

Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run WhatsApp campaigns with Infobip: Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Clicked, Read, and Failed.
