Introduction

Customer One View helps you analyze each customer's traits and actions in detail, along with their previous and current engagements in the campaign. With this feature, you can view the users' information, like basic details, attributes, devices, segments, and engagement activities, to the current date from the day the user has entered any segment or engagement. Basic Details

Shows the basic details of the customer, like personal information, standard properties, communication sent by channel, revenue and spend analysis etc.

Attributes

Attributes are details about the user, like name, customer ID, segment ID, products viewed, purchased, form submitted, etc.

Devices

Shows the information about the user’s devices and their platforms, like web and mobile, with additional information like Device Manufacturer, device model, Carrier, OS version, etc.

Segments and Engagements

Shows information about past engagements and segments in which the user has engaged. This helps you learn about the customer actions in each segment and engagement by searching for the segment name and engagement name.

Activity

The activity allows you to fetch the details of the user's activities like page visits, subscriptions, form submissions, etc. This provides you with detailed information about each user and their activities through data like technical details, page parameters, and locations, which supports you in analyzing their actions on your Websites and Apps.
