All Journeys

Navigate to Journey Builder > All Journeys

By selecting All Journeys, the platform will allow you to explore the journeys created in the platform and gain detailed insights about each Journey.

Use case

Let's say, As a marketeer, you want to know about all the journey that targets the users who signed up and entered the platform and your products.

With Journey Builder, you can analyze the traction of this particular journey and gain insights about the users to tailor personalized communication in the journey and drive users to achieve your determined goal.

Search for a journey: You can search for a particular journey from the search bar which lets you gain insights and performance reports of any particular journey from the existing journeys.

Status: The status shows whether the Journey is active or not inactive. you can activate and deactivate the journey using the toggle button.

Journey Name: This lets you know about the Journey name which supports you in fetching the journey details and taking action.

Report: By clicking the view button under report, you can get the detailed report that shares insight about the user's behaviour in any particular journey

Start Date: Indicates the Start date of the Journey

End Date: Indicates the End date of the Journey

Users Entered: Sows the number of users who have entered the journey since the journey started.

  • Users can enter the journey only if they satisfy the trigger criteria of the journey designed with their actions and preferences.

  • Each time a user enters the journey, it is called the trip. A user can have multiple trips in the lifetime of a Journey. The entries indicate the total number of users who entered the journey.

Users Completed: This shows the number of users who completed and exited the journey

Users can exit the journey under the following conditions.

  • Users' behaviour and preferences match the exit trigger by satisfying the conditions for exiting the journey defined by you.

  • The user reaches the end goal of the journey like submitting a form or making a purchase

Tags: With tags, you can indicate the purpose of any journey to fetch details and optimize later.

Actions

Duplicate: This action will allow you to duplicate the existing Journey and implement it in the new segment to target the users with the same kind of engagement through the same channels.

Re-Entry: When the user exits the journey under certain conditions, this helps a marketeer to allow the users to re-enter a journey if necessary.

The menu Active shows all the active journeys in the platform and the menu Inactive shows all the Inactive journeys in the platform.
