While you will be using Lemnisk to create all your WhatsApp campaigns, the actual delivery of the message to your target audience is facilitated by a WhatsApp Service Provider (WSP) like Yellow Messenger, Gupshup, Infobip, etc.
Before creating WhatsApp engagements, you must configure at least one WSP.
Click on + Add New WhatsApp Client.
From the modal, choose a WSP from the list shown in the above image.
Enter WSP-specific settings in the Connection Settings and save.
Once the configuration is saved, you can test if the credentials are working fine by using our Try It Out functionality.
Click on the TRY IT OUT tab and follow the steps.
Step 1: Enter the mobile number along with the country code to which the communication has to be sent.
Step 2: Choose the template for your communication that has to be sent in WhatsApp.
Step 3: Configure variables as per the template.
Step 4: Include media if necessary.
You can add the media either as a URL or as a file using the radio buttons and take the necessary actions, like adding the URL or uploading the file by clicking the Upload button. The supported media file formats are images, docs, and video.
Step 5: Enter the filename and click Submit.
