1. Why is the RCS deliverability low?

   • In India, RCS is regulated, and mass marketing is limited to whitelisted templates.

   • RCS is available only on Android ecosystems, that use "Google Messages" as their SMS app.

   • Users who disable RCS on their messaging app will also not receive the RCS.

2. What kind of RCS Client APIs can I add?

   • RCS Template messaging APIs are configurable on the platform.

   • JSON Payload APIs are supported via "Add RCS API".

3. What metrics are captured in RCS reporting?

   • RCS reporting is similar to that of SMS reporting, with the additional event of 'Read'. So, the delivery metrics funnel is:

     • Attempted -> Sent -> Delivered -> Read -> Click (wherever available) -> Failed
