Why is the RCS deliverability low?
In India, RCS is regulated, and mass marketing is limited to whitelisted templates.
RCS is available only on Android ecosystems, that use "Google Messages" as their SMS app.
Users where RCS is disabled on their messaging app will also not receive the RCS.
What kind of RCS Client APIs can I add?
RCS Template messaging APIs are configurable on the platform.
JSON Payload APIs are supported via "Add RCS API".
What metrics are captured in RCS reporting?
RCS reporting is similar to that of SMS reporting, with addition event of 'Read'. So, the delivery metrics funnel is:
Sent -> Delivered -> Read -> Click (wherever available)
