Basic details, Attributes and Devices
This document explains the utilities of basic details, attributes and devices that classifies the details of the users and their actions.
Basic Details
This section informs you about the details of the user and their reachability status. The data points of the users to be captured can be configured in the settings menu.
Basic details show the details of the users like, name, address, email, and mobile number which are configured as properties in the settings and the reachability status of the users among different channels.
Configuring properties of basic details
Go to > Settings > Customer One View > Product Labels
You can add properties by selecting Add Property and adding data points you wish to show in the basic details. Also, add display names like Name, address, and email as relevant to those data points. The property name is the display name that will be displayed in the basic details and the Mapped attributes are the data points that are mapped in the Lemnisk.
Click Update once the properties of basic details are added.
You can add up to 10 properties to show the basic details page among the numerous data points available for a client.
Attributes
The attribute tab shows all the data points captured for user information apart.
Devices
This section shows the information about your user's devices on both web and mobile platforms.
Mobile
The information about your mobile device contains OS Type, OS version, Device Manufacturer, Device Model, App Version and Lemnisk SDK Version
Web
The information about your web platform devices contains OS, type OS version and browser.
