Infobip is a globally recognized A2P( Application-to-person) communication platform for enterprises commonly used for marketing communications that suit perfectly to engage customers with automated messaging and drive them to achieve your determined goal. Infobip is a programmable communications platform that delivers a suite of tools for advanced customer engagement and support, plus security and authentication which is available to you across the widest range of communication channels possible.
To configure, Click the + icon and select Infobip in the Client dropdown You will find a window to configure your Infobip Messenger, Give inputs to the below-mentioned fields to configure Infobip for your SMS communication.
Client: Choose your client as Infobip
Name: Name your connection
Provide the SSP vendor-specific details needed for this setup. These details are available on the Infobip dashboard or from your Infobip POC.
API Key: Enter the API key provided by the Infobip team
API Base URL: Enter the base URL
Sender ID: Enter the SMS sender ID
Principal Entity ID: Enter the principal entity ID
You've successfully integrated Infobip as SSP and are ready to send SMS campaigns.
Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run SMS campaigns with Infobip:
Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Clicked and Failed. To Know more about the metrics check Campaign Summary.
