Yellow Messenger

Explaining the steps to configure Yellow messenger as WSP

Yellow Messenger is a conversational AI platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions and enhance customer experience. The platform uses chatbots and AI technologies to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and handle common customer service tasks.

Configure Yellow Messenger with Lemnisk

  • Client: Choose Yellow Messenger from the list of WSPs.

  • Name: Enter connection name.

  • Bot Id: This will be given by the Yellow Messenger team. Please ask your YM account manager for the Bot ID.

  • x-api-key: x-api-key is present once you log in to and go to Account Settings > API Key, which is the API Key to authenticate API requests to Yellow.

  • Senders Number: Mention the Sender Number for your account with Yellow Messenger Whatsapp.

Try It Out

You can try out the demo of your WhatsApp communication in the Try It Out section using the following steps.

Step 1: Enter the mobile number along with the country code to which the communication has to be sent.

Step 2: Choose the template for your communication that has to be sent in WhatsApp.

Step 3: Configure the variables as per the template

Step 4: Include media( If required )

You can add the media either as a URL or as a file using the radio buttons and take the necessary actions, like adding the URL or uploading the file by clicking the Upload button. The supported media file formats are images, docs, and video. The media file size should not exceed more than 5MB.

Step 5: Enter the filename and click Submit.

You have successfully integrated Yellow Messenger and are ready to send Whatsapp campaigns.

Delivery Reports

Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run WhatsApp campaigns with Yellow Messenger: Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Read, and Failed.
