Configure Frequency Caps from settings

Frequency Caps limit communication, sent to the users to avoid bursts of communication. Once this limit is reached, the communication is not triggered, even if all conditions are met.

Use Case for Frequency Caps

Set the frequency cap for every channel to limit the number of communications being sent for every campaign.

In Settings, you can add Global level frequency caps for each channel.

How to add Global Level Frequency Caps?

Step 1: Go to Settings > Frequency Caps

Step 2: Click "Edit"

Step 3: Set the frequency cap for each channel globally and click "Save"
