Frequency Caps limit communication, sent to the users to avoid bursts of communication. Once this limit is reached, the communication will not be triggered, even if all conditions are met.
Set the frequency cap for every channel to limit the number of communications being sent for every campaign.
In Settings, you can add Global level frequency caps for each channel.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Frequency Caps
Step 2: Click Edit
Step 3: Set the frequency cap for each channel globally and click Save
