Sinch's WhatsApp Business solutions allow businesses to communicate with customers via WhatsApp. Its WhatsApp Business API enables companies to send notifications, alerts, customer service messages, and more, leveraging WhatsApp's extensive reach and user base.

Lemnisk is integrated with Sinch India's Business Messaging APIs, which enables marketers to run template message campaigns.

Configure Sinch with Lemnisk

  • Client: Choose Sinch from the list of WSPs.

  • Name: Enter Configuration name.

  • Get template credentials (Smart TA): Enter the Username and Password provided by Sinch. These credentials are used to fetch the template details when setting up engagements.

  • WhatsApp Messaging credentials (IP Messaging): Enter the Username and Password provided by the Sinch POC to trigger your WhatsApp templates.

  • WABA ID: Enter your WhatsApp business account ID

  • WhatsApp Number: Enter your WhatsApp number from which the communication has to be sent.

  • Select the check box to set Sinch as the default WhatsApp client to set up engagements and click Submit.

Try It Out

You can try out the created templates in the Try It Out section by following the steps.

Step 1: Enter the mobile number along with the country code to which the communication has to be sent.

Step 2: Enter the approved template name that you created on Sinch or the WABA portal and click Enter. Lemnisk will populate the template details that are fetched from Sinch.

You can add the media either in the form of a URL or as a file using the radio buttons and take the necessary actions like adding the URL or uploading the file by clicking the button Upload. The supported media file formats are images, docs, and video. The media file size should not exceed more than 5MB.

Step 5: Choose the radio button Link. Enter the URL in the following field and click Send.
