Lemnisk offers Campaign and Revenue Dashboard which provides an overview of key campaign metrics, enabling marketers to track and optimize their marketing efforts effectively. This dashboard consolidates data from all campaigns in Lemnisk into a single interface, offering real-time insights into performance trends.

The dashboard is divided into four sections:

  1. Key Performance Metrics

  2. Channel and Revenue Insights

  3. Top Performing Campaigns

  4. Campaign Insights

Key Performance Metrics

Key Performance Metrics offer the following data points:

1. Campaigns

  • Displays the total number of active campaigns.

  • Indicates the percentage increase or decrease compared to the previous period.

2. Segments

  • Shows the number of audience segments created.

  • Provides percentage change insights over the selected period.

3. Conversions

  • Represents the total number of conversions (successful actions taken by users).

  • Tracks the percentage increase or decrease in conversions.

4. Clicks

  • Displays the total number of clicks across campaigns.

  • Indicates click growth trends over the selected period.

5. Users Targeted

  • Shows the total number of users reached by campaigns.

  • Highlights the change in targeted users compared to the previous period.

6. CVR (Conversion Rate)

  • Represents the conversion rate percentage.

  • Tracks fluctuations in conversion rate with an increase/decrease indicator.

7. CTR (Click-Through Rate)

  • Shows the click-through rate (CTR), representing the percentage of users who clicked on a campaign.

  • Provides insight into performance trends.

8. Response Rate

  • Represents the percentage of users who responded to the campaigns.

  • Indicates percentage growth trends.

Channel and Revenue Insights

Channel Insights

  • Top Performing Channel: Automatically selects the best-performing channel based on the selected date range.

  • Custom Channel Selection: Users can manually select a channel from the dropdown for detailed performance analysis.

  • Metrics Displayed:

    • Users Targeted: The number of users targeted within the selected channel.

    • Response Rate: The percentage of users who responded to the campaigns within the channel.

    • CVR (Conversion Rate): The percentage of targeted users who converted.

    • Comparison Chart: Users can compare different performance metrics such as Delivered vs Clicked.

Revenue Insights

  • Revenue vs Spend Analysis: Visual representation of revenue generated versus the amount spent on campaigns.

  • Campaign Performance:

    • Highest Revenue Campaigns: Lists top-performing campaigns based on revenue and conversions.

    • Lowest Revenue Campaigns: Highlights underperforming campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

Top Performing Campaigns

This section highlights the campaigns that performed best based on the number of conversions.

Metrics Displayed:

  • Campaign Code: Unique identifier for each campaign.

  • Campaign Name: The name assigned to the campaign.

  • Revenue: Total revenue generated from the campaign.

  • Users Targeted: The number of users reached by the campaign.

  • Clicks: The number of times users clicked on the campaign.

  • Conversions: The total number of successful actions taken by users.

Campaign Insights

The Campaign-Level View provides a detailed analysis of a single campaign's performance metrics. This view enables marketers to evaluate the effectiveness of individual campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

All the key metrics descirbed above will be shown for a particular campaign.

The campaign view will also show the Conversion View and Detail View at a channel level.
