Single Sign-On (SSO) supports software platforms to streamline user authentication processes, providing a seamless and secure experience for their customers. By implementing SSO, Lemnisk enables users to access multiple applications and platforms with a single set of login credentials, eliminating the need for separate logins for each system. This not only enhances user convenience but also strengthens security by reducing the risk of password-related vulnerabilities.
SSO SAML Integration
Step 1: Go to > Settings > SSO
Step 2: Select "+ Register an Identity Provider"
Step 3: Configure the following details details.
Entity ID/ Issuer: Enter the entity ID provided in the external identity provider's platform.
Single Sign-On URL: Enter the Single Sign-On URL in Lemnisk which will be provided in the identity provider's platform
Sign Out URL: Enter the Single Sign Out URL in Lemnisk from the identity provider platform.
Service Details:
ACS URL: Enter the ACS URL provided by Lemnisk in the Identity provider's platform.
Entity ID: Enter the entity ID provided by Lemnisk in the Identity provider's platform.
Now log in with the unified identity (SAML) which will direct you to the identity provider's platform which will let you to map those attributes with the macros.
Step 4: Map the attributes with Macros in the Identity provider's platform.
