Tubelight Communications Customer Engagement Platform empowers brands to connect and interact with their customers seamlessly, elevating communication experiences. They provide supports a wide range of channels, including A2P SMS services (domestic and international), a full suite of voice solutions, email, and IP messaging services such as RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and more.

Lemnisk is integrated with Tubelight Whatsapp Template Messaging APIs, which enables marketers to run template message campaigns.

Configure Tubelight with Lemnisk

  • Client: Choose Tubelight from the list of WSPs.

  • Name: Enter Configuration name.

  • Username: Enter the Username of your Whatsapp account with Tubelight.

  • Password: Enter the Password of your Whatsapp account with Tubelight.

Try It Out

You can try out the created templates in the Try It Out section by following the steps.

Step 1: Enter the mobile number along with the country code to which the communication has to be sent.

Step 2: Select a template to test from the ones fetched from your Tubelight account.

Step 3: Configure sample values in the respective fields in the Template, like body variables.

Step 4: Include media (if necessary)

You can add the media either in the form of a URL or as a file using the radio buttons and take the necessary actions like adding the URL or uploading the file by clicking the button Upload. The supported media file formats are images, docs, and video. The media file size should not exceed more than 5MB.

Step 5: Choose the radio button Link. Enter the URL in the following field and click Send.

You have successfully configured Tubelight as WSP and are ready to run Whatsapp campaigns.

Delivery Reports

Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run WhatsApp campaigns with Tubelight: Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Read, and Failed.
