Infobip is a globally recognized A2P( Application-to-person) communication platform for enterprises commonly used for marketing communications that suit perfectly to engage customers with automated messaging and drive them to achieve your determined goal. Infobip is a programmable communications platform that delivers a suite of tools for advanced customer engagement and support, plus security and authentication which is available to you across the widest range of communication channels.

Configure Infobip with Lemnisk:

To configure, Click the + icon and select Infobip in the Client dropdown You will find a window to configure your Infobip ESP, Give inputs to the below-mentioned fields to configure Infobip for your Email communication.

Configuration settings

Client: Choose your client as Infobip

Name: Name your connection

Connection Settings

Provide the ESP vendor-specific details needed for this setup. These details are available on the Infobip dashboard or from your Infobip POC.

API Key: Enter the API key provided by the Infobip team

API Base URL: Enter the base URL

Webhook URL: For your reference, You can copy this URL and configure it in Infobip to get reports in Lemnisk.

You've successfully integrated Infobip as an ESP and are ready to send Email campaigns.

Delivery Reports

Congratulations

Lemnisk will capture the following delivery metrics when you run Email campaigns with Infobip: Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Clicked, Opened, Unsubscribed, Spam Report, and Failed. To Know more about the metrics check
