Q1. What are the available file formats for downloading Reports?

  • Campaign Summary reports (The chart)can be downloaded in SVG, PNG, and JPEG file formats. Also, You can download the filtered reports in CSV format as per the selected dimensions and filters.

  • Funnel Reports can be downloaded in PNG and SVG file formats.

  • Charts based on Excel can be downloaded in CSV and PDF file formats.

  • Event occurrence reports can be downloaded in SVG, PNG, and JPEG file formats.

  • Paths reports can be downloaded in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG file formats.

Q2. How to check the CTR, impressions, and other data from any particular campaign?

Go to > Reports > Channels, where you can find the required data of any particular channel by selecting CTR and Impressions in the comparison field. By choosing the Dimensions like OS, device, and Measures as CTR and Impressions in the comparison field you can get the detailed stats. The same can be applied to find other measures as required for any other channel in a segment.

Q3. What are the insights we could gather from Lemnisk reporting?

Lemnisk reporting provides remarkable insights like Campaign performance, Bounce Rates, and Individual Channel performance, Funnel reports, and supports identifying the path of each user journey and analyzing their behaviors in each event. Also, with reports you can analyze the performance of a segment and its engagement at any particular time frame.

Q4 . What is "Dimension" in reporting?

Dimensions are the parameters like Device, OS, Browser, Location, etc. from which Lemnisk facilitates tracking the performance of your campaign and audience action.

Q5 . What are "Measures" in reporting?

Measures are the performance indicators like Impressions, Clicks, and Conversions which can be recorded from the Dimensions of your campaign to analyze campaign performance.

Q6. Are there any limits in creating events for funnel reporting?

Yes, you can add up to 25 events to create funnels as per the journey you created in your campaign.

Q7. What is the frequency of generating reports?

You can create reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per your need.

Q8. Can we customize the reports?

Lemnisk reporting features generate highly saturated reports based on different events for any channel and any campaign. You can generate reports for the specific channel performance on a certain period in any of the existing segments as needed and also you can customize the reports with the required columns as per your requirement

Q9. How to get a report for any particular segment?

To get a report for any particular segment, select the Segment in the dimension field and click on the Segment filter where you can choose multiple segments to fetch the detailed report.

Q10. Why do a report's stats seem different from the dashboard's stats?

The stats in the report might seem different from the dashboard's stats because of the filters and segregations you make while generating the report and the particular time range you choose. The stats in the dashboard show collective information about your segments and their engagements.

Q11. How paths are useful in reporting?

With paths, as a marketer, you can analyze the user behavior in your website and application and gain precise data about further conversions and dropoffs. This data will support you to optimize your campaign and also architect a better interface for users to take further steps without deviations

Q12. How to configure the steps in paths?

These steps can be configured manually by the marketer based on their website/Application architecture and based on the end goal the user has to reach as destined by the marketer.

Q13. What is the entry that is shown in the paths in Before Events?

This anonymous entry may indicate the previous paths from which users entered. Users may enter the particular step directly through the URL or through any other ways that the Entry point might indicate.

Q14. What is a threshold in paths?

The threshold feature helps you to group events with the least traction together which eventually falls under others. This grouping supports concentrating on signals rather than noise. you can set the threshold limit which should be at least 5 per cent and can be maximum up to 20 per cent.

Q15. What is the difference between Node and Event?

Node and Event are the same, each Event is a node from which the path leads to the next Event.
