This Profile and merge trends helps to gain data about multiple events that occurs from a single profile and its merging trends. The trend of profile unification and data merging within CDPs represents a significant shift towards leveraging integrated customer insights, reflecting the growing importance of personalized and data-driven marketing in achieving competitive advantage.
Lets assume, a profile logged in through browser and visits some product. Now the same profile is logged in to a mobile application and adds some product in wish list. Profile and merge trends will show the occurrence of events and merges multiple events from single profile profile and shows its merge trends on selected time range.
Go to > Dashboard > Unique Profiles > Profile Merge Trend Analysis.
Plot the chart with,
Number of profiles merged: Shows the data of profiles merged on the selected time range .
Number of merge events: Shows the data of merge events that took place in the selected time range
During: Select the date range here
Group By: Allows to group the data by days, weeks and months.
