Create On-site Notifications
About On-Site Notification Settings in the UI
Lemnisk facilitates an array of templates and exceptional features to ease creating On-site notifications and make it more engaging to the user by communicating relevant information based on their interests and behaviour. This also facilitates a marketer to gain insight about users and drive them with personalised communications to attain their determined goal.
UI Description
Configure On-site Notification with Lemnisk
Go to -> Campaigns
Select Segments, Add a new segment, or choose an existing segment
Click the + Add Engagement` Button
Select On-site Notification from the list of connected channels
Step 1: Add General details of engagement
Engagement Name: Name your engagement. Our engagement name here is "Newsletter Signup Discount Offer."
Conversion Goal: Choose a conversion goal. Here, we choose "Signup for Newsletter" as our conversion goal.
Enter Event:
Track: Enter Event if you have chosen TRACK in the previous step
Page: Enter the page URL if you have chosen PAGE in the previous step.
Choose Editor: You can choose to create your OSN either from our native editor or the new Drag & Drop editor. Common settings of both editors are explained below. Editor-specific configurations are listed in their independent articles.
Show to users browsing on: Choose the platforms to display OSN in which users are browsing.
Trigger Criteria: You can select criteria to trigger a notification while loading a page, or you can create custom events to trigger a notification when a user performs that particular event (e.g., Button Click).
Page Load: This will render the OSN for the user whenever and wherever they're on the website (Page Load would happen on the target website).
Custom Event: Choose this option if you'd like to trigger the OSN only when the user does a specific action, say
Product_AddToCart
event. You can further filter the event for various properties.
Shows notification while URL: You can add a rule and create groups to trigger a notification when the user performs certain events in the URL ur define in this field.
If you are creating OSN for legacy segments, you should perform the below configurations.
Select source: Select the source criteria in which you want to target your user.
Device: This option allows you to target user based on the devoce type they use.
URL: This option will allow you to target user who are that particular URL you configure here
Analyze Params: This option allows you to target users based on the event your users attempt that you configure.
Rule: Set rule which has to be satisfied by users to recieve your communication.
